Ingredients…

1 piece of Carrot,

1 piece of babymarrow

1/2avocado,

2 fresh leaves, lettuce, sweetcorn, butter, nutella………

RECIPE……. Slice the vegetable and blanch them .

On a clean nonstick pan heat the butter on a low flame then toss in the vegetables for around 10secs then when ready sprinkle in the sweet corns seeds and bring it out of heat,…very nicely arrange the veges on the toast n some avocado slices, cut into two and apply some nutella in between and serve it  with some ice tea.
